MA-Trading GmbH, a large online general store in Nuremberg, Germany, faced repeated warehouse theft incidents and found its existing video surveillance system was not adequately protecting the perimeter. The company needed a way to remotely alert operators to intrusions so they could respond quickly and prevent further losses.

Eocortex implemented a flexible CCTV solution for MA-Trading using 15 IP cameras with the ULTRA license, along with Smoke and Fire Detection and Tracking modules to monitor restricted zones. The system enabled remote notifications through channels convenient for the operator and mobile access for remote control, improving perimeter security and supporting future expansion to monitor all warehouses from a single security center.
