Kanal D, a nationwide television channel in Turkey, sought a sophisticated video surveillance solution for its operations. The challenge was to manage security footage from 116 IP cameras effectively and to enable rapid searching for specific objects or individuals within the archival recordings. They partnered with vendor Eocortex to address this need.

The solution implemented by Eocortex included its proprietary surveillance software and a unique intelligent module called Suspect Search. This technology allows operators to quickly find archived video by uploading a photo of a person or object or by defining attributes like color and size. The system, installed and maintained by Eocortex's local distributor, PCC Electronic Company, has been functioning successfully since March 2016, significantly speeding up investigation and monitoring processes.
