The Washington Commanders faced security vulnerabilities and data accuracy issues from managing millions of stadium visitors and deliveries with pen-and-paper logs. Using Envoy Visitors and Envoy Deliveries, they needed a better way to capture visitor and delivery information, meet NFL logging requirements, and improve the experience at Northwest Stadium.
Envoy implemented a digital visitor management system with iPads, automated check-ins, pre-visit welcome emails, and integrations with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Azure. As a result, the Commanders improved security, reduced IT burden, and made logging easier to share with the NFL; they also no longer need to keep the lobby or loading dock open 24/7, allowing staff to be reassigned to more critical security areas.
