Envoy facilitates a seamless transition to hybrid work at NAVBLUE

NAVBLUE, a global aviation technology company and subsidiary of Airbus, needed a safe and flexible way to bring employees back to offices worldwide as hybrid work became the norm. Using Envoy, NAVBLUE looked for a hot desking and visitor management solution that would help employees reserve desks, coordinate office space, and manage travel between locations.

Envoy implemented Envoy Desks and continued supporting Envoy Visitors, giving NAVBLUE floor maps, real-time desk visibility, reservations, and analytics for better office planning. The rollout was completed company-wide by the end of 2021, and NAVBLUE now uses Envoy across more than 500 employees in multiple global offices to ensure desk availability, improve collaboration, and support a smooth hybrid work experience.
