Epsten Group’s Eleventh-Hour H-1B Petition is Approved With Envoy

Epsten Group, an Atlanta-based architecture and building consulting firm with 25 years’ experience and about 50 employees, needed specialized talent to support its global sustainable-building work—many qualified candidates were foreign nationals. To manage H-1B sponsorships with cost certainty and minimal administrative burden, Epsten Group turned to immigration provider Envoy Global and its online immigration services platform, attracted by Envoy Global’s flat-fee pricing, communication portal and single point of contact.

Envoy Global assigned a customer relationship manager, used its platform to collect documents and coordinate Envoy-affiliated attorneys, and filed an H-1B petition just nine business days before the April 1 lottery; the petition for energy modeling specialist Jialu Xie was selected and approved. The solution reduced HR workload, delivered predictable costs, enabled the hire, and helped Epsten Group grow a workforce that is 15% foreign-born—continuing a relationship with Envoy Global that began in 2013 and has supported multiple sponsorships and a permanent-residency filing.
