ADDINOL Lube Oil GmbH, through its Estonian subsidiary, is a wholesale lubricant company that sought to streamline its accounting and invoice management processes. The challenge was the manual handling of purchase invoices and expense receipts, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. To address this, they worked with the vendor Envoice to implement its automated digitalization solution.

Envoice integrated its SmartExtract service with the company's existing Microsoft NAV 2018 ERP system. The solution digitalized invoices and receipts, recognizing documents from PDFs and JPGs. This established a transparent approval workflow and enabled a move to paperless accounting. As a result, Envoice made the process much quicker and more accurate, reducing errors and improving overall efficiency for the accounting team.
