Celestica, a global design, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions company with more than 20,000 employees across 15+ countries, needed a better way to manage ESG reporting across its manufacturing portfolio. Its sustainability team was previously collecting global facility data in spreadsheets and handling calculations manually, which made the process tedious and error-prone.

Celestica used IBM Envizi ESG Suite to centralize data input from sites around the world and produce usable emissions and waste outputs. With IBM Envizi ESG Suite, Celestica streamlined reporting and supported its sustainability goals, including a 21.3% decrease in Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions from 2019, nearly 10,000 metric tonnes of CO2e averted through renewable energy projects in 2020, and a 92.5% waste diversion rate.
