Using the IBM Envizi ESG Suite BEPA module across 250 metered sites, the vendor identified about $2.1M of energy waste and realized $133,000 in immediate savings across the 20 worst‑performing sites by targeting weekend operations, out‑of‑hours base loads and branches unknowingly running 24x7. The solution enabled FM teams to prioritize low‑cost, no‑CAPEX fixes, improve energy management practices (including FM SLAs), and achieve better results with existing resources.
