Envista Forensics conducted an onsite inspection, reviewed data logs, and inventoried the equipment. Their investigation confirmed the two-hour over-temperature event but found that nearly all equipment had powered off as designed and was fully operational within six hours. Only two power supplies required replacement at a cost of $360, with other components being covered under warranty. Envista's evidence-supported findings showed a full equipment replacement was unnecessary, saving the customer millions on their claim.
