White Bear Lake Area Schools faced the challenge of turning a comprehensive, community-built strategic plan into day-to-day practice across a large district — 22 schools, ~1,500 staff and just over 9,000 students — and keeping progress aligned and visible during the disruption of the COVID‑19 pandemic. The platform helped sustain and even accelerate work through the pandemic — construction continued on projects funded by the largest referendum in Minnesota history — while increasing transparency, shared ownership and routine progress reporting across the district.
