Broward County, Florida, uses Envisio to manage its five-year strategic plan and connect work across 70-plus lines of business, 17 agencies, and four offices. The county needed a better way to keep its plan current, align priorities after the 2023-2028 reset, and make progress visible to employees, commissioners, and residents.

With Envisio, Broward County built a living strategic plan with five Goal Themes, SMART actions, reporting tools, and a public dashboard on its website. The county also added monthly reminders, update review, and governance around plan changes, which improved data quality and confidence in reporting; Broward County now says budget requests will be tied to the Strategic Plan as well.
