The Mexican subsidiary of US multinational Kodak, Kodak De México SA de CV, engaged Environmental Resources Management (ERM) to investigate potential environmental and social liabilities and ensure regulatory compliance at its long-standing Guadalajara manufacturing plant.

ERM conducted a Phase I Environmental and Social Assessment followed by a Phase II ESA, which included soil and groundwater testing. The solution implemented by Environmental Resources Management (ERM) confirmed no major environmental impacts were detected and that the facility operates in compliance with local regulations. The assessment also served to analyze and enhance operational practices, helping to confirm and maintain the plant's solid reputation and its low annual staff turnover.
