Financial Consulate, an independent financial planning firm with offices in Hunt Valley, MD and Gettysburg, PA, faced growing pains from manual processes—trading via Excel, weekend quarterly billing, and an off‑the‑shelf CRM—while serving a diverse client base with a small administrative team. Envestnet | Tamarac’s integrated platform automated trading and billing, delivered a branded Client Portal for document sharing and investor education, and provided a CRM with data integrations, zip‑code searches and dialog/workflow automation. Financial Consulate also integrated MoneyGuidePro and Yodlee for fuller wealth views. The result: operational efficiencies, faster net‑worth reporting, deeper client engagement—and growth from about 300 to 1,000 households over seven years.
