Stanford Investment Group, Inc., a Mountain View wealth management firm serving 260 clients and managing roughly $750 million in assets, faced scaling challenges from proprietary Excel-based rebalancing, reporting and an outdated CRM. The automation eliminated duplicate trade entry, saved an estimated 3–4 days per month on trade execution/compliance, cut reporting from a team taking nearly a month to one person about a week (roughly a day of man‑hours), halved billing time (saving ~3 days/quarter), and achieved >80% client portal adoption; since 2008 SIG’s AUM rose by $300M to $750M and revenue per employee grew over 70%.
