Henssler Financial, a Kennesaw, Ga. independent RIA with roughly $1.56 billion AUM and about 1,100 clients, faced a scalability and knowledge-retention problem: key CRM and trading systems were custom-built and maintained by only a few employees. To reduce maintenance risk and modernize operations, Henssler selected Envestnet | Tamarac’s Advisor Xi platform, implementing Advisor View, Advisor Rebalancing, and Advisor CRM.

Envestnet | Tamarac provided onsite implementation and Tamarac University training and delivered integrated portfolio reporting, a client portal, automated rebalancing with tax-loss harvesting, and custodian integrations. The changes produced measurable efficiencies: monthly billing dropped from about a week to two days, quarterly billing from up to two weeks to four days, and semiannual report printing/mailing from about a week to 2.5 days; roughly 400–500 of Henssler’s ~1,100 clients now use the client portal, while straight‑through trade processing and automated workflows improved scalability and reduced manual work.
