Bronfman E.L. Rothschild, an RIA with roughly $4 billion in AUM, 70 staff and nine offices after multiple acquisitions, needed to consolidate operations, modernize reporting and improve client engagement across its growing firm. Facing unreliable, costly reporting, no client portal and manual billing workflows, the firm adopted Envestnet | Tamarac’s technology—primarily Advisor View™ for portfolio management/reporting and Advisor CRM® for client workflows—to provide a scalable platform.

Envestnet | Tamarac implemented Advisor View and Advisor CRM, provided customized reporting (including asset-allocation-over-time charts), a secure client portal and Tam U training for super users, plus deep integrations with custodians and planning tools. The result: at least a 75% reduction in time spent compiling quarterly reports, billing time cut from 2–3 weeks to 1–2 days, stronger client engagement (paper/PDF reports largely eliminated), and a scalable operating model supporting BELR’s plan to grow toward $10 billion in AUM.
