Case Study: Aldahra speeds up visitor check-ins with Entry2Exit Visitor Management

Aldahra speeds up visitor lookups to seconds with Entry2Exit

Aldahra, a UAE agribusiness, faced significant challenges with its manual, paper-based visitor logbook system. With over 200 visitors daily at its 24/7 operation, its security team struggled to find specific records, a process that involved sifting through pages of handwritten entries. To solve this, they partnered with vendor Entry2Exit to implement its Visitor Management System.

Entry2Exit deployed an Android tablet with an ID document reader at the gate to digitally capture visitor details, replacing the handwritten process. This solution provided Aldahra with a searchable database and a live security dashboard, allowing any visitor record to be found in seconds. The system made the gate process faster, ensured data was secure and legible, and enabled easy reporting by visitor type.
