Minnesota casino needed to replace aging player’s club reward card printers that were frequently breaking down, required employees to swap card stock for each rewards level, and depended on custom printer software. The casino worked with Entrust partner IdentiSys Inc. to find a more reliable, streamlined solution using the Entrust Datacard CD800 printer.

Entrust and IdentiSys implemented the Datacard CD800 with Open Card Format support and a multi-hopper, allowing the casino to pre-load six card types and integrate with its existing players club software without custom software. The new setup improved printing efficiency, reduced manual steps, and helped shorten guest wait times for a high-volume operation issuing more than 150,000 player’s club cards annually.
