First National Bank of Omaha, a large privately held bank with high-volume card delivery operations, needed to replace an aging competitive stand-alone card delivery system without disrupting existing processes. The bank wanted to preserve its gang-run workflow, keep larger job sizes, and maintain the functionality it relied on, while also preparing for a second contingency site.

Entrust provided two Datacard® DX5100™ Stand-alone Card Delivery Systems, one at the main site and one at the contingency site, along with customized functionality to support existing files, rush/pull handling, and faster insert changeovers. The result was improved efficiency and productivity, fewer machine stops, streamlined workflows, and easier audit/tracking; First National also gained on-demand color printing for larger 11x17 carriers and reduced pre-printed stock.
