Baiduri Bank, one of the leading banking and financial groups in Brunei, needed a faster way to issue the widest range of payment cards to meet customer demand. To address this challenge, the bank partnered with **Entrust** and adopted Datacard® instant issuance technology and CardWizard® software to support both batch and instant card issuance.

**Entrust** helped Baiduri Bank implement an instant issuance program that enabled new and replacement cards to be issued in branches in about 15 minutes. The solution met Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay security requirements for data entry, embossing, and personalization, improving customer service and making Baiduri Bank the first bank in the region to launch this capability.
