ANB Bank, a subsidiary of Sturm Financial Group with 33 branches across Colorado, Wyoming, and Kansas City, wanted to eliminate the 5–10 business day wait for debit cards mailed to customers. The bank worked with Entrust to improve customer experience and provide faster, more personalized service through instant card issuance.

Entrust implemented an in-branch instant issuance solution using Datacard CardWizard issuance software, instant issuance printers, PIN selection technology, and fraud monitoring integration. As a result, ANB Bank can now issue secure, activated debit cards on the spot for new accounts and emergency card replacements, improving customer satisfaction and positioning the bank as a stronger competitor; the program is expected to issue about 10,000 debit cards per year.
