Entromy's solution used AI and NLP technology to rapidly analyze an organization-wide survey of over 850 employees, providing Eagle Hill with real-time, prioritized insights and an Organizational Network Analysis. This enabled Eagle Hill to identify key influencers and five critical change priorities. Using these insights from Entromy, Eagle Hill developed actionable implementation playbooks and change management plans, empowering the client to break down silos, drive greater collaboration, and quickly accomplish its transformational initiatives.
