Guardian Real Estate Services, founded in 1971 and based in Portland, manages a portfolio of about 20,000 units across the Pacific Northwest. In 2010 only 15 of its 200+ communities had websites, leaving marketing fragmented, lead data manually entered, and residents without online conveniences like rent payment and service requests.

Guardian implemented Entrata’s ProspectPortal to deliver a centrally managed, fully integrated portal that syncs with its property management system, allows easy site edits, and provides actionable traffic and conversion metrics.
