Bonaventure Realty Generates $1 Million With Entrata Core

Bonaventure Realty Group, a 6,000-unit apartment manager based in Arlington, Va., faced limited visibility and slow access to leasing and market data from its previous software provider, which hindered its ability to set accurate leasing goals and manage conversions.

By moving to Entrata Core’s open API and building a custom BI platform, Bonaventure consolidated data with Entrata tools like LeadManager and CallTracker to optimize follow-up workflows and leasing velocity. The changes drove a stronger lead-to-lease conversion (10.85%), reduced advertising spend, improved retention efforts, and generated an incremental $1 million in revenue early in 2017 versus 2016.
