After extensive research the company selected ENTOUCH, deploying ENTOUCH.one smart thermostats, wireless sensors, the ENTOUCH.cloud platform and a mobile installation app to integrate with a wide variety of RTUs and deliver real-time data and visibility.
ENTOUCH’s fully integrated technology stack and APIs allowed HYTECH to build contractor-focused applications and proactive alerts that detect and predict faults before failure, improving comfort and reducing unplanned maintenance. As a result of the ENTOUCH-enabled solution HYTECH reports average energy savings of 15% for customers, recurring month-to-month revenue that has become its fastest-growing line, and roughly five times more recurring revenue from maintenance and replacement work than originally expected.
