Diplomat Resort & Spa, one of America’s top “Meeting Hotels,” faced pressure from ownership to improve energy performance across its 36-story, 992-room property and 200,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space. The hotel had been relying on existing vendors with limited technological capability before selecting Entic to help address its energy consumption challenges.
