Muslim Charity raises £37,000 and boosts Gift Aid by 34% with Enthuse

Muslim Charity, a faith-based organization, faced the challenge of launching its first virtual fundraising event to support a winter appeal during the pandemic. They needed a solution to interact with supporters remotely and raise vital funds. They partnered with Enthuse to use its Donations and Fundraising & Events platform for this new initiative.

Enthuse implemented a branded virtual event solution for a "30 Miles in 30 Days" challenge. This included customized fundraising pages, integration with Strava for activity tracking, and a leaderboard to foster competition. The solution significantly improved data collection for the charity. As a result, Muslim Charity exceeded its £30k target, raising £31,798, plus an additional £5,328 in Gift Aid. Enthuse also helped the charity double its marketing opt-ins and dramatically increase the collection of postal addresses and phone numbers for future supporter engagement.
