The company needed better reporting and control over its 37-vehicle fleet while also reducing administrative burden and operating costs.

Enterprise Fleet Management implemented a custom fleet strategy, including vehicle planning, GeoTab Telematics, and Full Maintenance and Maintenance Management programs. As a result, Lancaster Group reduced cost per kilometer from $0.40 to $0.29, delivering 24% savings, while also cutting fuel expenses by 17%, improving employee satisfaction, and reducing vehicle downtime and administrative work.
