The County of Inyo, a municipality in Bishop, California, was operating an aged fleet with a limited capital budget, making it difficult to replace vehicles and forcing drivers to travel long distances for maintenance. The result was an immediate $83,000 reduction in maintenance expenses, a 24% drop in fuel costs, and 37% annual savings in maintenance expenses, along with improved productivity and less downtime.
