A Enterprise Fleet Management Case Study
The Congregation of the Mission Western Province, also known as the Vincentians, is a non-profit religious organization with more than 100 vehicles supporting ministries across the U.S. Their St. Louis administrative team had been responsible for helping members purchase vehicles locally, manage maintenance issues, and sell vehicles after years of use, creating a heavy administrative burden. Enterprise Fleet Management helped them address these fleet challenges with a national, locally supported fleet management program.
Enterprise Fleet Management provided a total transportation solution that included driver choice with factory-order pricing, an open-ended leasing program, maintenance and fuel management, and support for selling existing vehicles. In the first 18 months, Enterprise Fleet Management helped the Vincentians save more than $88,000 through improved vehicle purchasing, maintenance, fuel discounts, and resale activity, while also reducing administrative time and helping vehicles sell for over 12% above market value.
