PagerDuty Uses Entelo to Boost Candidate Engagement

PagerDuty, a fast-growing incident management and event intelligence company based in San Francisco, needed to scale hiring quickly while improving outreach effectiveness and diversity. The recruiting team found LinkedIn InMail underperforming, wanted better visibility into campaign metrics, and needed a way to engage more qualified and diverse candidates without adding manual work.

PagerDuty adopted Entelo for personal email outreach, open tracking, automated follow-ups, reporting, and a Diversity feature. That approach drove email open rates to 50–60% and reply rates of about 35% for director roles and 20% for others, increased visibility into recruiter performance, expanded the diverse candidate pipeline, and supported hiring more than 100 employees in 2016.
