Ghurka, a New York–based specialty leather retailer, was struggling to connect with key trading partners and relying on a patchwork of loosely integrated systems that created manual processes and poor data integrity. To address these issues, Ghurka engaged Enspire Commerce and evaluated adopting an Enterprise Commerce Management platform, including Enspire Commerce’s proprietary order management and trading partner (Trading Partner Management) solution to centralize e-commerce order and partner workflows.

Enspire Commerce implemented its order management and trading partner platform to aggregate, translate and exchange data in real time, integrating invoices, orders, shipments and EDI flows into a single system. As a result, Enspire Commerce provided Ghurka with an organizational framework and rapid wins on EDI—enabling Ghurka to process EDI orders with a very large retailer in a very short time, streamline fulfillment methods, and eliminate many manual integration tasks.
