Notting Hill Genesis (NHG), a social enterprise and registered charity serving low-income households in London and the South East, needed to replace inefficient manual processes and outdated technology that were slowing down repairs, lettings, and other resident requests. Ensono implemented WorkWise, a bespoke microservices platform on Microsoft Azure that automated and standardized key housing processes through a single self-service portal. The solution gave 70,000 tenants access to 24/7 services, improved system availability to 99.95%, and saved housing officers about 30% of their time by reducing manual work and letting them resolve issues in minutes.
