ManpowerGroup, a global talent staffing company operating in 80+ countries, needed to modernize several legacy mission-critical applications while reducing the high cost of maintenance and meeting a cloud-first mandate from its CIO. The company turned to Ensono and Azure cloud migration services to support its digital transformation, improve agility, and lower risk and costs.

Ensono helped ManpowerGroup build an Azure cloud roadmap and business model using the Ensono Cloud Transform framework, starting with an assessment to optimize the migration approach. The results included 250 VMs migrated into fully managed operations, a 12-month cloud adoption plan for 2,500 VMs, four global DR paired regions, and a 30% cost reduction through RIs and Ensono Cloud Optimize. Ensono also delivered a Windows Virtual Desktop proof of concept for APAC, enabling a more global VDI experience.
