Aflac needed greater visibility into its IT operations and a better way to optimize reporting and data visualization within Ensono M.O., Ensono’s client portal and service governance platform. As a trusted IT services provider, Ensono worked to help Aflac gain clearer insight into tickets, capacity, changes, and daily workload across its infrastructure.

Ensono implemented AWS Lambda to power Ensono M.O., creating a serverless, event-driven system that automatically connects data from multiple sources and triggers alerts without server provisioning or ongoing administration. The result was a pay-per-use, highly scalable solution with high availability, and Lambda cost about $10 per month on average, helping Ensono deliver more transparent, actionable reporting for Aflac.
