The International Accountancy and Advisory Firm, a global accounting and advisory business with 270 offices and 18,000 professionals, needed to modernize aging infrastructure, improve Citrix performance between regions, and give its small IT team more time to focus on higher-value work. It chose Ensono and Microsoft Azure to support a move to the cloud and enable more flexible, remote use of legacy applications.

Ensono delivered a bespoke managed migration using its Cloud Transform framework, including Azure IaaS, Citrix Cloud, Office 365, Windows 10, and Enterprise Mobility and Security. The move streamlined the application estate by leaving about 200 applications behind, reduced capital and maintenance costs by removing physical infrastructure, improved speed and availability for 2,000 Citrix users, and helped drive a 45% increase in international revenues over four years; Ensono Envision also identified more than $50,000 in additional savings opportunities.
