BestCare Treatment Services, a substance abuse and mental health non-profit, faced challenges with shifting regulations and an almost entirely paper-based system for case notes and billing. EnSoftek's solution involved closely partnering with BestCare to design and refine the cloud-based DrCloudEHR system to meet their specific workflow needs, including compliance with 42 CFR Part 2. The implementation resulted in streamlined workflows, a 360-degree view of clients, and a massive reduction in physical storage needs.
