Citi Brazil, a subsidiary of Citi Group, aimed to measure customer engagement with new interactive digital signage systems in its "Branch of the Future" initiative, but faced challenges in avoiding data silos, managing slow performance from numerous pixel tags, and governing a complex, multi-vendor implementation. To address this, they partnered with vendor Ensighten and its tag management system.

The solution implemented by Ensighten provided an easy-to-use interface and "spaces" for organized deployment, allowing vendors to work without interference. This resulted in a 50% reduction in custom tag implementation time and an 83% reduction in pixel tag implementation time, while page load speeds improved from 8.1 seconds to under 5 seconds, enhancing the customer experience and conversion rates.
