Ensemble Video Delivers Across 39 Wisconsin Anytime, Anywhere Curriculum School Districts

CESA 10, an educational service agency in Chippewa Falls serving 39 K–12 districts in West Central Wisconsin, needed a way to deliver curriculum video “anytime, anywhere” on any device. Their Distance Learning team struggled to stream Polycom and Camtasia Relay output (WMV) across a regional network, and manual uploads of 70+ files per day made scalable, always-on video delivery impractical.

Ensemble Video, integrated with a Wowza streaming backend, provided a cloud-based, teacher-friendly solution: a searchable catalog, automated workflows and embed codes that publish directly into the existing Moodle LMS so teachers can record from phones, webcams or conferencing systems without extra technical steps. The result: more than 2,000 students in 70+ daily IT distance-learning courses (over half earning AP/college credits), improved student learning and flexibility, about 6,000 daily hits, reduced teacher and IT workload, and a scalable, cost-saving platform ready for future growth.
