Trinity Western University (TWU), a private Christian liberal arts and sciences university in British Columbia, faced fragmented, custom-built systems that made prospect management slow and hard to scale. To support rapid growth across 42 undergraduate and 17 graduate programs, TWU adopted Enrollment Rx’s suite of products built on the Salesforce platform in 2016 to unify data, automate processes, and simplify applications.
Enrollment Rx implemented a unified CRM (including Import Rx and FormBuilder Rx) and delivered onsite support to streamline recruitment, automate deduping and reporting, and create one universal application. As a result, TWU reports a 25% overall enrollment increase since implementation, consistent undergraduate growth of 4–7% annually, graduate growth of 15–25% annually, significant time savings, and an improved student application experience.
