Berkeley College, a career-focused institution serving more than 8,000 students across 10 locations and online, needed better visibility into prospective and current student data across departments and the student lifecycle. To address isolated phone inquiries, fragmented systems and a complex enrollment process, Berkeley turned to Enrollment Rx and its centralized CRM, Telecenter and online student portal.
Enrollment Rx implemented a centralized Enrollment Rx CRM with a custom Telecenter (built on Force.com) and a dynamic applicant portal, giving admissions, call center, outreach and marketing teams shared dashboards and real-time reporting. As a result, Berkeley improved communications and responsiveness, reduced system maintenance costs, and realized time savings of about 10–15 minutes per student interaction, allowing staff to engage prospects sooner and more personally.
