Northwestern Health Sciences University, a leader in natural and integrative health care, faced a recruiting challenge: students (especially chiropractic applicants) can remain in the pipeline for up to two years, and admissions relied on paper files, disparate spreadsheets and email that prevented consistent, timely contact and meaningful tracking. To address this, Northwestern went live on Enrollment Rx’s cloud-based CRM in May 2012 to centralize records and improve outreach.
Enrollment Rx implemented a centralized, cloud CRM with automated workflows, reports and a customized online application/student portal, enabling faster access to applicant materials and more personalized, timely engagement. As a result, Northwestern saw a 30% increase in applications and higher conversion rates—leading to its largest enrolled class in Fall 2013—and cut time spent on operational tasks by nearly two thirds.
