Dordt University, a private Christian university in Sioux Center, Iowa, needed to personalize the student experience and eliminate time-consuming manual tracking of admissions data. As a result, Dordt increased total applicants by 11%, raised applicant-to-admit conversion to 70.4% (up from 63%), saw a 29% increase in campus visits and a 7.4% rise in admissions year-over-year, while reducing manual data entry and lowering custom development cost and time.
