University of Richmond boosts OSHER online registration to 83% with Enrole by Entrinsik

The University of Richmond faced significant challenges with its continuing education registration processes. Their pain points included a cumbersome tuition reimbursement system, duplication of effort between their website and previous software, and the need for manual registration of OSHER classes in Banner. To address these issues, the university turned to Entrinsik and implemented its Enrole registration management software.

By using Enrole from Entrinsik, the university automated its processes and achieved remarkable results. The solution moved non-credit course registration to 75% online and increased OSHER class online registration from 0% to 83%. On the OSHER program's opening day, over 4,500 registrations were processed.
