A Enrole by Entrinsik Case Study
Umpqua Community College’s noncredit registration team (5 full‑time and 6 part‑time staff) faced a labor‑intensive, largely manual registration process—taking registrations in person or by phone, writing down payment card details, routing payment and enrollment information across departments, and creating multiple sessions for price differences. Limited access to student emails and fragmented communication made drops, refunds, marketing and reporting slow and error prone, and there was no general online registration option.
After evaluating four systems, Umpqua implemented Entrinsik Enrole and went live within five months. The system gave staff self‑service control, an Instructor Portal, robust reporting, automated confirmations and 24/7 online registration; 36% of enrollments have been completed online since launch and under 10% of transactions are cash/check, reducing refund workload. About 11–12 staff and multiple instructors now use Enrole, and the college cites faster processes, better communication and strong vendor support.
