Meltwater, a global leader in media intelligence with over 50 offices and 1,200 employees, needed a simple, real-time way to keep distributed teams connected and aligned with company culture, news, and performance metrics. Existing channels like email, blogs, and a developing mobile app weren’t enough to visually engage employees across varied office setups and time zones.

Meltwater implemented Enplug’s digital signage in a staged rollout, using Instagram Photo Wall (#meltwaterlife), Graphics, News, and Webpage apps plus tagging and user management to push localized and global content to screens worldwide. The result was faster, more engaging internal communications, increased visibility of company news and leaderboards, and stronger cross-office connection and culture across Meltwater’s global network.
