How Madame Tussauds Uses Enplug’s Live Social Media Wall for Engagement

Madame Tussauds Hollywood, located on Hollywood Boulevard, wanted to boost guest engagement and turn visitor selfies into marketing content that conveys the attraction’s interactive, hands-on experience. Their challenge was to encourage both visitors and staff to share photos and show potential guests what the museum offers—beyond the traditional “wax museum” perception.

They installed Enplug’s digital signage and live social media wall (Instagram and Twitter) in an A-list party room and launched a hashtag promotion (#MTstaffselfie) with weekly prizes to drive submissions. The solution increased guest and staff participation, generated authentic pre-visit exposure through social posts, and is being rolled out to outdoor kiosks and other Madame Tussauds locations.
