ENow Software’s Mailscape was introduced as a way to simplify Exchange monitoring and administration.

ENow Software implemented Mailscape as an automated, one-screen “virtual Exchange administrator” that provided proactive monitoring, alerts, and probable-cause guidance. The result was improved efficiency, faster issue resolution before users were impacted, and better service for end users. Blue Mountain said Mailscape increased their efficiency straight out of the box, though no specific numeric metrics were provided.
