Bachem, a supplier of essential products and services to the global pharmaceutical industry, was struggling with a manual quote-to-order process across Salesforce and SAP. Before enosix, customer records had to be created and synchronized in both systems, quotes were built in SAP, and teams had to print, sign, and scan documents—creating data inconsistency, redundant work, and limited automation.
Using enosix to integrate SAP and Salesforce, Bachem made Salesforce the front-end for sales while keeping SAP as the system of record, with quote documents created directly from Salesforce.
