Its sales team relied on spreadsheets, manual PDF creation, and email approvals, then support staff re-entered quotes into SAP by hand, creating outdated configurations, duplicate work, errors, and limited visibility. ASC Profiles worked with enosix and AllCloud, using Salesforce CPQ, to modernize the process.

enosix helped integrate Salesforce with ASC Profiles’ SAP environment so sales reps could configure products, generate quotes, and trigger SAP transactions directly from Salesforce in real time. The solution preserved SAP pricing and variant logic, eliminated double entry, improved auditability and reporting, and reduced errors and costs.
